    NEIGHBORHOOD CONNECTION

Neighborhood Connection serves students suffering food insecurity at 14 Southern Utah school. Volunteers are dedicated to fighting childhood hunger by providing supplemental weekend food to school children who qualify for free or reduced breakfast and lunch programs. Through its “Pantry Packs” (gallon-sized bags of child-friendly, shelf-stable meals and snacks) Neighborhood Connection helps ensure students don’t go without food when school is out.

The organization currently serves over 800 students each week, working with schools to identify need and distribute food in a way that protects family dignity.
